This set of pictures was taken at the Brookfield - Bridgewater town line. These photos feature Lake Lillinonah in the area of Route 133. The lake was created in 1955 when the Connecticut Light & Power company impounded the Housatonic River by building the Shepaug Hydroelectric Power Plant. Lake. This lake occupies 1,870 acres and offers some stunning views.

The collection of fall foliage pictures
shown on these pages were taken by me unless otherwise noted. Most shots
were taken in Litchfield County, Connecticut which is located in Central
and North Western Connecticut. During October, leafpeeping is my favorite
hobby as the trees change from green to red and yellow.
